Learners enrol and complete a Course within a Module, prepare for and participate in a 2 hour online Workshop which includes an experiential Activity to embed learnings, and summarise their takeaways in a Reflection. They receive real-time mentoring in the workshop and personalised feedback on their workshop performance, as well as a grade for the course. Clients receive a tracking report showing rankings of cohort learners and scores for the course and the workshop.

Cohorts

Larger learner groups will be split into cohorts. Cohort sizes are designed to create a sense of community. In the Online courses peer experience is shared in secure forums to build a loose community, and in the Workshops discussion and shared group activities help create a tighter-knit community. Continuity over at least 5 Courses or Modules is key to building community.

A named client admin contact is required, to liaise with ARLLS staff and manage client cohorts for both product packages. Please contact us directly for your requirement.
