We’re delighted to share our latest case study spotlighting our work with Millennium Global International School, a values-driven institution in Nairobi recognised across Africa for its commitment to holistic excellence. With its intentionally low 10:1 learner–teacher ratio and award-winning growth culture, Millennium Global sought a way to extend its ethos of personalised development into structured leadership learning.
The school partnered with ARLLS to enrich its learner experience with evidence-based leadership development that goes beyond academic achievement. Together with colleagues at the London School of Economics, we delivered a tailored module on Making a Personal Impact, combining interactive frameworks, discussion-based reflection, peer feedback, and facilitated workshops.
Learners explored practical communication skills, storytelling, audience awareness, and collaborative problem-solving — supported by structured activities, tracking, and feedback analysis.
The results were exceptional:
- 100% want to join more ARLLS programmes
- 97% overall workshop satisfaction
- 93% rated the ARLLS module easy to use
- 94% would recommend ARLLS to peers
Students reported major gains in public-speaking confidence, authenticity in communication, and the ability to adapt their leadership style to different audiences. Reflections showed a deepening appreciation for vulnerability, active listening, and values-driven leadership — with one participant noting: “This module is designed perfectly… it keeps participants active from start to finish.”
This partnership demonstrates how structured leadership learning can accelerate personal growth in high-potential young people, and why Millennium Global continues to lead the way in student development across Africa.
