ARLLS Sponsors and Speaks at the LSE FLIA Futures Forum

ARLLS was honoured to sponsor and participate in this year’s Futures Forum, hosted by the Programme for African Leadership (PfAL) at the London School of Economics and Political Science. The annual Forum brings together emerging African leaders, scholars, practitioners, and innovators to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping Africa’s future.

Our sponsorship reflects ARLLS’s mission as a social enterprise to empower future leaders and broaden access to high-impact leadership learning for young Africans.

ARLLS and Beacon Founder Ajay Sood featured in the Fireside Chat, featuring:

  • Ajay Sood, Founder of All Round Leadership Learning Systems (ARLLS)
  • Nike De Souza, Founder of Teach for Nigeria
  • Professor Harry Barkema, LSE – Strategy, Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship

During the conversation, Ajay shared personal leadership experiences and spoke about the urgent need for value-driven leadership across the continent. He emphasised the ARLLS approach to experiential learning, grounded in real-world application, reflection, and evidence-based practice, as a powerful way to build resilient, socially conscious young leaders.

Through partnerships with institutions such as LSE, and by reinvesting profits into the Beacon Changemakers Scholarship Fund, ARLLS is committed to expanding leadership and employability opportunities for young people across Africa.

We are proud to have supported the Futures Forum community and look forward to continuing our collaboration with LSE’s Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa and PfAL team.
