By registering for an ARLLS Masterclass, I agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
I confirm I am a student aged 16–18, currently enrolled in a high school or secondary school.
2. Programme Details
I understand that each ARLLS module is a two-part programme, including a self-paced online module and a live Zoom workshop.
I understand that places are limited, and that registration does not guarantee my place.
Once my place is approved, I agree to participate fully in both components and commit to attending the published workshop date and time as scheduled by the organisers.
3. Payment
I understand that payment will only be requested if my place is approved.
4. Cancellations, Withdrawals & Refunds
I understand that any cancellations or withdrawals must be made at least 5 days before the start date of the course for a full refund.
Refunds will be subject to a small administrative fee to cover payment processing and event platform costs. These non-refundable charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
No refunds will be issued for missed workshops or partial completion of the course.
Minimum Enrolment Requirement: ARLLS reserves the right to cancel the course and issue full refunds if the minimum number of learners required for the programme is not met. Payments will not be processed until enrolment numbers are confirmed.
5. Certificate
I understand that a digital certificate endorsed by ARLLS will be awarded only upon full participation in both components of the programme.
6. Privacy
I consent to my personal data being used solely for programme communications and participation purposes, in accordance with the ARLLS Privacy Policy.
7. Code of Conduct
I agree to participate respectfully and professionally throughout the programme.
I understand that disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
8. Technology & Access
I understand that participation requires a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and access to Zoom. It is my responsibility to ensure I have access to these before the programme begins.
9. Intellectual Property
I acknowledge that all programme content, materials, and media are the intellectual property of ARLLS and its partners and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.
10. Recording & Media Consent
I consent to the Zoom workshop being recorded for internal training and quality assurance purposes.
If selected, I also consent to anonymised photos, quotes, or clips being used in future programme promotion (I may opt out by contacting info@arlls.com).
11. Feedback
I agree to complete a short feedback form after the programme and may be contacted to provide a testimonial.
12. Liability Disclaimer
I understand that ARLLS is not liable for technical difficulties, missed sessions, or scheduling conflicts beyond its control.
