We’re excited to share a new case study featuring our partnership with DARE Organization, a young-women led social impact organisation based in Tanzania. DARE is dedicated to developing Africa’s next generation of empowered, community-driven changemakers — and in early 2025, they sought a leadership development partner who could deliver practical tools, deep reflection, and sustained growth.
DARE recognised that many early-career professionals possess enormous potential but lack structured opportunities to develop core leadership behaviours. They chose ARLLS’s Bronze-level package to provide high-quality, flexible modules that would build communication, teamwork, values-driven decision-making, and personal effectiveness — without disrupting busy project schedules.
ARLLS delivered an eight-module curriculum tailored to DARE’s priorities, covering communication, teamwork, leading change, personal growth, and wellbeing. Modules were released every two weeks, supported by collaborative reflection sessions co-facilitated by ARLLS and the DARE leadership team. Moodle analytics enabled ongoing tracking and continuous improvement.
The impact was immediate:
- 100% want to join more ARLLS programmes
- 90% overall workshop satisfaction
- 93% found ARLLS easy to use
- 93% felt the content met their needs
Participants reported stronger confidence, improved communication, and deeper self-awareness, with many describing the programme as transformative for both individual and organisational growth. The team introduced new practices such as quarterly strategy reviews and shared-leadership approaches inspired directly by ARLLS modules.
One learner summed up the shift: “The course is a game changer… it creates a culture where conversation flows, confidence grows, and teamwork becomes smoother.”
This partnership highlights how ARLLS supports mission-driven African organisations to build reflective, collaborative, high-impact leadership cultures – one emerging leader at a time.
