Inspiring Success

You are invited to join motivated young leaders from around the world in our upcoming Masterclass, starting 24 November: Inspiring Success.

In the past, people believed that success came from natural talent, being in the right place at the right time, or just plain luck. But success is about something much deeper, and it isn’t just about personal achievement. We’ll discuss the importance of sustaining success and turning one win into a launching pad for even greater achievements.

Stand out as a leader

Inspiring Success is the third in a series of 3 Masterclasses this Autumn, which collectively build the skills and confidence to stand out in university and employment applications. You can choose a single Masterclass or take the full series for maximum impact.

  • Understanding Happiness (starts September – closed to new enrolments)
  • Boosting Resilience & Energy (starts October – closed to new enrolments)
  • Inspiring Success (starts November)

An ARLLS Masterclass comprises a 2-3 hour online course done in your own time, followed by a 2 hour online workshop with a group of young leaders including an experiential activity and personalised feedback. It concludes with a certificate of completion.

Learners love ARLLS

In our recent pilot with the London School of Economics, learners rated ARLLS as highly engaging, practical, and impactful. They left the programme more confident, eager to continue, and ready to recommend it to others — a clear sign that ARLLS delivers meaningful results for young leaders.

Read more about the impact ARLLS has had on young people from schools, universities and employers on our case studies page.

What you’ll gain on this Masterclass

This isn’t just another online course. It’s a launch pad for ambitious young leaders who want to:

  • Build habits for energy and focus
  • Develop strategies for resilience under pressure
  • Learn to bounce back stronger from setbacks
  • Commit just 2 hours per week and learn alongside motivated peers worldwide.
  • Earn ARLLS certificates to strengthen their university and employment applications.

What past learners say

Through interactions with my peers, I have learned how I can combine different and unique stories to create a more engaging and impactful message. Their perspectives have helped me see new approaches to audience connection.

My peers reminded me that everyone brings a unique style and voice to communication. Observing different approaches helped me understand the value of listening actively and creating space for diverse perspectives. Whether in group projects or professional settings, I’ll aim to tailor my message and listen more openly.
