Having a toolkit that helps you find happiness in your job, school or university – from feeling like what you do matters to building great relationships with your peers or colleagues – is waiting to unlock a happier you at work.

Lesson 3: Happiness and Change

In the face of change, emotions can range from excitement and anticipation to fear and trepidation. Whether it be the end of a cherished relationship, the start of a new career/school/university, or simply adjusting to the ebb and flow of life’s unpredictability, change challenges our ability to adapt and find happiness within the changes life brings.

But, can happiness co-exist harmoniously with change, or are they adversaries locked in an eternal struggle? Our capacity to find happiness is intricately connected to how we embrace and navigate the winds of change.
