Lesson 2: Power Writing

This lesson will help you avoid making the same mistakes by thinking about how to prepare and write essays, project proposals, personal statements, cover letters, CVs and so on that get noticed for the right reasons.

Lesson 3: Email, Online and F2F

Everyday communication in the workplace involves email, online video calls (think Teams/Zoom) and, of course, face-to-face meetings and chats. 

Each of these methods has its own set of rules, techniques and etiquette to follow. Understanding these rules and techniques can make a big difference to how we interact with – and are perceived by – others.
