A leadership development programme for young people
The All-Round Leadership Learning System (ARLLS), is a comprehensive leadership development programme for young people, delivered online through partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, employers and youth organisations. The ARLLS programme incorporates blended learning and active learning methods to deliver fresh and engaging leadership training to young people – at a time when they are most ready to learn.

Dynamic leadership training for future leaders
Each module is made up of 4 components:
- Online lesson to learn at their own pace, revisit key concepts and access materials anytime, anywhere
- Experiential activity that allows young people to learn from each others’ real-life experiences
- Facilitated workshop where learners can practise communication skills, participate in group discussions, and tackle simulated leadership challenges, fostering deeper understanding and practical application of leadership principles.
- Individual reflection ensuring that concepts are not just committed to memory but truly internalised.
Built on evidenced research and proven outcomes
We have been using ARLLS in youth leadership programmes for 15 years, during which time we have evolved the curriculum in line with sound academic research alongside our own observations. We have found that our learners:
- improved their employability and energised their workplaces
- expanded their networks with lasting friendships that enabled them to connect and lead together
- sharpened their leadership abilities
- achieved a real competitive edge when taking ARLLS alongside other educational programmes.
